you never lose a take

The instrument keeps the last ninety seconds while you play. Hit record and the moment you just liked is already there, waiting, even the one you thought had passed. On an instrument that never repeats, that is the difference between the take you meant to keep and the take you have.

play your own instruments

A paid plan opens the inputs. On any paid plan you bring a microphone and your own instrument, a singing bowl, a flute, your voice, and it plays into the field next to Somasonic, at 432 or 440 so it sits with your bowls. Studio opens the full midi route, so you play Somasonic itself from your controller and run it inside your rig. What you record is you and Somasonic together, in one take.

what you keep

You keep what you make. A file you download is yours, in full quality, for as long as you have it. Stopping a subscription leaves every file you already made untouched.

what commercial means

The track pass is for personal use, not for client or commercial work. Once you earn from a track, or make at volume, you are working commercially, and that is studio: client work, your channels, social, ads, the courses you sell, whatever you make it for.

Every download sits behind terms you accept, and each plan carries the license for that use. A track is generated once and belongs to no one else, so it will not be claimed or muted the way library music sometimes is.

what runs where

Somasonic runs in your browser. Nothing is streamed and nothing is downloaded while you play, because the sound is made on your own machine as it happens. That is also why it never repeats.
